Just an idea I had when I was reading some arguments for and against the baby bonus. I think this could either be done as a voice over followed by a capella on one of the juliets, or else as a music video. Voiceover: The baby bonus has been criticised for allowing parents to receive money without taking responsibility for their child. (pause) This is their anthem.
