A Timeline of Events and Things To Come

November-December: Get student culture and bigger sponsors on board. Get DVDs, albums, calendars, etc. prepared. Investigate costs for events (such as hiring, etc.).

Early-mid January: BBQ for the student culture sponsors. Sort out band for black tie event – rehearsals and whatnot. Send out invitations for the black tie event.

Late January-early February: Black tie event for large sponsors.

Mid-late February: Plan O-Week things – stall, blimp, sci-fi battles.
